KEYNOTE: ACCEPTABLE AI
Building Trust in Artificial Intelligence — Before It’s Too Late
Artificial intelligence is no longer a future promise. It is here, making decisions that affect your customers, your employees, and your bottom line. The question is no longer whether your organization should use AI. The question is whether the people who depend on it will trust it.
In this keynote, Tom Braekeleirs presents a practical, research-backed framework for what he calls Acceptable AI: the point where technology earns the trust of the people it serves. Drawing on his book Acceptable AI, his work at Ghent University, and 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, Tom shows leadership teams how to move from AI hype to AI trust, building an AI-culture.
This is not a talk about algorithms. It is a talk about people.
