FOR EVENT ORGANISERS
-
Before the event, Tom is more than happy to schedule a content preparation call. Send a mail to hello@nexxtt.health to get this in the agenda's.
-
During the event, Tom prefers to use his own laptop (Windows PC) with PowerPoint with his own clicker. Preferably with the laptop on stage (standard HDMI connection+ audio mini-jack). If the presentation is being run from the technical desk, Tom can share the presentation beforehand. Please run this only on a Windows PC with the latest version of PowerPoint for maximum compatibility. If this setup is needed, please provide a return monitor on stage with Presenter View (not same signal as screens). Also a countdown clock or timer on stage is appreciated.
-
Slides should not be shared after the event. If needed, Tom can share a shortened PDF-version of the presentation. Also no streaming or recording allowed of full presentations unless agreed upon beforehand.
